【Product Description】The gold trommel scrubber (also known as a rotary scrubber or drum scrubber) is a multifunctional hydraulic washing unit capable of washing away soil and sticky mud while performing both washing and screening functions. In other words, it not only provides preliminary washing of raw materials but also screens them by particle size.
Trommel scrubbers are typically positioned upstream of crushers, gravity separators, magnetic separators, and flotation machines to prevent clogging and enhance mineral processing efficiency.

[Key Components] The drum washer consists of two main parts: the drum and the screen. The drum washes the ore, while the screen sorts particles by size after washing.
[Gold Trommel Washer Working Principle]
High-pressure spray pipes are installed longitudinally within the drum. The rotation of the trommel causes the ore to tumble and collide; combined with hydraulic washing, clay is broken down and washed away.
Washing efficiency improves with longer ore retention time, higher spray pressure, and increased water volume. To enhance mechanical action, longitudinal steel bars can be installed on the inner wall of the drum to lift and agitate the loose ore.
