【Working Principle】
The centrifuge rotor spins at high speed. Under centrifugal force, heavy minerals accumulate in the riffles on the inner wall of the rotor core, while light mineral particles are gradually discharged. After approximately 4–6 hours of operation, the feed is stopped and the backwash system is activated to flush out the gold concentrate. The centrifugal gold concentrator is suitable for gold recovery across a wide range of particle sizes, particularly for recovering fine gold that would otherwise be lost during gravity separation processes. Applications demonstrate gold recovery rates of up to 99% and concentration ratios of up to 1,000:1. When recovering native gold from vein ore with a particle size of -0.074 mm, the recovery rate is approximately 98%; for particles as fine as 0.004 mm, the recovery rate can reach 97%.
